If i use a phone to download mp3s, does the ip address relate to the sim card or the actual phone? Like if i have a limit, is that on that particular phone or sim? *

ip relates to netwk so wil be sim. If for example your phone is locked to one netwk say tmob. U can pay to get it unlockd 15 pounds etc. That way u can put a o2 or other brand in n take use of their diff download limits. Ive always used o2 contract phones cus they allow any sim straightaway. Yet their paug fones dnt. *

ip address is the gateway your service providor gives you so if your on a pc using virgin broadband you will have a set number for your connection like 123.123.123.456
which is individule to that connection but mobiles have something called dynamic ip which means all o2 users for instance will use same ip as each other which makes it securer using mobiles to connect to web than a pc. *
